You:

As the Senior Director of Business Development, you will lead our sales efforts and spearhead organic growth and expansion initiatives with both new and existing clients. You will adopt a hunter mentality, focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities while building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and develop a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company objectives.

Drawing upon your expertise in business, sales strategies, and relationship management, you will build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. You will collaborate closely with our account service team to develop compelling proposals and pitch presentations that showcase our capabilities and value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and secure new client opportunities, taking a hunter approach to business development.
  • Manage and grow the business development pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients and projects.
  • Develop and execute business and sales strategies to expand the business, increase revenue, and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Partner with the Account Service teams to identify and lead organic growth within existing client relationships.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations that align with client needs and showcase the company’s value.
  • Own the RFP process of new and existing clients, ensuring successful pitches and contract wins.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies in a creative, technology or services agency
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets
